Starting from March 20th we will offer an additional evening Mysore class on Tuesdays.
This class is especially targeting those of you who are curious about the traditional Ashtanga Mysore style and who wants to give it a try.
Starting time is 6 pm. Liz, our current guest teacher will start the class by giving some basic information about Ashtanga before she will start to teach you the fundamental techniques of the Mysore style yoga method.
For those of you who already are familiar with the Ashtanga method the Tuesday evening class can be joined for your regular Mysore practice since Liz will teach you parallelly.
