Foundations of Ashtanga Yoga – a workshop with Liz Carrasquel

This workshop will explain how the method of ashtanga yoga works. It will highlight the principle elements of the practice like tristana which contains the breathing technique, bandhas (energy locks) as well as the asanas (postures) and dristis (gazing points). Next to the structural parts of the practice Liz will explain how to build a mysore (self practice) from the beginning. Be sure you don´t miss the opportunity to get her insights and also to get your questions through.
