You are new to the yoga world and you would like to learn the dynamic, flowing Vinyasa yoga style? Then you have a new date in your calender with Jill : ) Learn the basics of this powerful yoga practice which will teach you not only strength but flexibility and balance as well! Work on your core muscles as well as on a healthy back and get to know the real secret of yoga: a calm mind within a relaxed and strong body.
